Hyderabad History - హైదరాబాద్ చేరిత్ర

హైదరాబాద్, భారత దేశంలో అథియంత చేరిత్ర కలిగిన ప్రదేశం. హైదరాబాద్ పరిసర ప్రాంతాలు ప్రేప్రథమంగా  మౌర్య సామ్రాజ్యం చక్రవర్తి అశోకుడు పరిపాలించేవాడు. కలగ్రామిణ  శాతవాహనులు, ఆంధ్ర ఇక్ష్వాకులు పరిపాలించారు. కాకతీయలు పారిప్లలించే సమయంలో వారు గోల్కొండ కోట కట్టారు. 1321 AD లో ఢిల్లీ  సుల్తాన్ ముహమ్మద్ బిన్ తుగ్లుక్  నుంచి ముసునూరి నాయక్స్, వాళ్ళ నుంచి బహ్మనీ సుల్తాను చేత్తోలోకీ వచింది.    సుల్తానుల పంపించిన గవర్నర్ సుల్తాన్ క్కులి  క్కుటఁబ -ఉల్ -ముల్క్  స్వతంత్రత ప్రకటించి కుతుబ్ షాహి రాజవంశమును స్టంపించారు. వీరు 1512 నుంచి 1687 వరకు అంటే సుమారు 171 సవతాసారాలు 8  సుల్తానులు పరిపాలించారు.    వీరిలో 5 వ సుల్తాన్ ముహమ్మద్ క్కులి క్కుతుబ్ షా కి మంచి పేరును ఉండేది. ఈయనే చార్మినార్, మక్క మసీద్ ను కటించారు. హైదరాబాద్ ని మూసి నది  వడ్డున కటిన ఘనతే ఈయనేదే. ఈయన ప్రేమించిన భానుమతి పేరున హైదరాబాద్ నీ భాగ్యనగర్ అన్నిపిలిచేవారు. తండ్రి ఆయన ఇబ్రహీమ్, వీరి ప్రేమను ఆమోదించి హిందూ ముస్లిం లా ఐక్యత చాటిచెప్పారు.

ఇబ్రహం హయం లోనే హుస్సేన్ సాగర్ నిర్మాణం జరిగింది.భద్రాచల రాముడు గుడి 8 వ క్కుతుబ్ షా అయినా అబుల్  హాసన్ క్కుతుబ్  షా (ఈయను తాని  షా అన్నేవారు ) సమయమాలో కట్టారు.  17 వ దశాబ్దం లో ముఘల్ చక్రవర్తి ఆయన ఔరంగాజీబ్,  సుల్తానులు ఫై గెలిచి మీర్ ఖ్అమరుద్దీన్ సిద్దికీ నీ గవర్నర్ (నిజాం-ఉల్ -ముల్క్) గా నియమిస్తారు. అయన 1724 లో అసఫ్ జహ సామ్రాజ్యం ను స్థాపించారు. వీరు 1724 నుంచి 1948 వరకు అంటే సుమారు 224 సవతాసారాలు 7 నిజాం రాజులు పరిపాలించారు. మధ్యలో 3 జుంగ్ రాజల్లు కూడా  పరిపాలించారు.  వీరు సాలార్ జంగ్ ముసుమ్ ని కట్టారు. నిజాం పరిపనల్లో హైదరాబాద్ చేలా అభిరుద్దీ  చెందింథి. హైదరాబాద్ ని రాజధానిగా మరిచారు.నీటి కోసం వీరు మీర్ అల్లం ట్యాంక్ , హిమాయత్  సాగర్ , ఉస్మాన్ సాగర్, నిజాంసాగర్  ను నిర్మించారు.    నీవశం కోసం ఎన్నో ప్యాలస్ లు నీరిమించారు వాటిల్లో ఫలక్నుమా  పాలస్ చేలా పేరునది. విద్య కోసం ఉస్మానియా  యూనివర్సిటీ స్థాపించారు. రైల్వే, స్వయం విద్యుత్తు ప్లాంట్ ని హైదరాబాద్ లో నిర్మించారు. సొంత కరెన్సీ కూడా చలామణిలో ఉండేది. ప్రపంచంలో అత్యంత ధనికులో నిజాం రాజల్లు ఒక్కరు అంటే అతేషియోక్తే కాదు. ఇదే మన హైదరాబాద్ పూర్వ చరిత్ర.

One has to agree that golden era was 19th and 20th century. May be earlier centuries also good but not present life style. A wooden wheel might help them but not us. Summer Storm: As part of yearly cycle, Summer is back. Its pretty early, as Mid of April seems to be 45 degrees.. I used to hear from my grand father that we had a good relationship with sun, recent times i came to from my father that there is no good relationship with him anymore. As part of it, Sun is anger and showing its anger in the form of heat. One key reason for sudden breakdown in relationship is that we, humans, are not keeping earth proper. As sun loves earth, it got hurt of our behavior. I am taking a oath to change my attitude towards my mother earth. Lets hope better life at least in coming years.

Ramadevara Betta, Rest Place For Ram

History:
Ramadevara Betta (Hill) is a Hindu shrine rising more than 3000 feet at Ramanagara. Ramanagara is the district head quarter for Ramanagara District, Karnataka, India. It is believed that Pattabi Rama along with Sita had taken rest here on the way back to Ayodhya. There after the placed & district are named (Ram). The hill has Ram temple, Saptarishi betta (Rock formation like seven angels), Lord Siva, Anjaneya Temple. Naturally formed lake & view point will attract us a lot. Ram temple has monolithically formed god idles. Ram temple, a 1000 years old temple, builds by magadi chieftain

Journey:
Ramadevara Betta is about 50 Kms from Bangalore. On Mysore Road (SH17) to Ramanagara via Kumbalgodu, Bidadi, take a right after the Ramanagara welcome board to the hill, its 2 Kms from main road.

Experience:

We went by Bike, it took around 1 1/2 hour. We enjoyed driving from Bangalore to Ramanagara. The road is little bit traffic with heavy goods transportation. We can see Pepsi Bottling Factory, Wonder La, Innovative Film City, and Nithyananda Ashram.

Ramadevara betta is a famous hill spot, as said it has around 300 steps for climbing. The temple is good & clean. Recently they formed a trust & KSTDC has recognized the place as a holy place. Every year they celebrate a week festival here. Also came to know that famous bollywood pick Sholay was shot here only
